Dress To Impress Treasure Hunt

Follow the current Dress To Impress Scarlet Treasure Hunt route through all seven Freeplay dig locations with landmarks and progress fixes.

The current Scarlet Treasure Hunt sends players through seven dig locations in Freeplay. This route was cross-checked against current walkthroughs from Pro Game Guides and TechWiser, updated August 29–30, 2026. Start the quest before digging, keep the progress counter visible, and use fixed landmarks when your spawn direction differs from the directions below.

Time-sensitive route: Community schedules report this hunt through September 4, 2026. Confirm that your live quest panel names Scarlet and asks for the same seven-location objective. Older Dress To Impress hunts can use different counts and maps.

Before you follow the route

Join the official Dress To Impress experience and enter Freeplay. Move from the dressing area toward the beach and volleyball side, where current guides place the Scarlet event introduction. Interact with the event character or marker and allow any cutscene to finish. Do not start counting until a quest tracker or progress response confirms that the hunt is active.

The interaction control depends on your device. Keyboard players commonly see E at a dig point. Mobile, tablet, and console players should hold or press the prompt displayed by Roblox. A quick tap may show movement without completing the interaction, so wait for the prompt’s progress to finish and then check the quest count.

All seven Scarlet dig locations

The item labels below come from community route records. Your account may receive currency in place of a piece you already own, and live reward text can differ. The landmarks are the important part.

1. Beach island digging spot

Begin near the Scarlet event area by the beach. Current walkthroughs describe moving from the Scarlet Queen or Scarlet Fierce area toward the beach ball, then continuing beyond it to the start of the small island. Look for the first interactive patch in the sand.

This location is associated with the Scarlet hair reward. Hold the prompt until it completes and confirm that the counter changes before moving on.

2. Striped checkpoint flower spot

Continue around the beach area to the blue-and-white striped checkpoint. From that fixed landmark, look to its left for another digging patch rather than searching the open water side.

Community guides associate this stop with flowers or a cash reward. If your progress count does not change, circle the checkpoint slowly—the prompt can be easier to see from the inland side.

3. Recording Studio edge

Return toward the built-up Freeplay town and locate the Recording Studio east of the default dressing area. Go down the nearby stairs, turn right, and continue through or past the gate toward the map edge. Look near the graffiti-side boundary for the dig point.

This location is reported to award Scarlet pants. The studio sign and the gate are more reliable than a left-or-right instruction from an arbitrary spawn camera.

4. Yellow house and green surfboard

Stay near the Recording Studio. Use the stairs on the right side, enter the alley, and find the yellow house with a green surfboard. The dig patch is recorded on the left side of that house area.

Current guides associate this stop with a star or cash result. If you reach the wrong colored house, return to the studio and repeat the alley approach rather than cutting across rooftops.

5. Freeplay Arena ladder

Travel to the entrance of the Freeplay Arena. From the entrance, check the left side under or beside the wooden ladder near the “Mais Samba” marking. The interactive patch sits close to the structure, so approach carefully instead of running past the prompt.

This location is associated with Scarlet boots. Confirm the progress increase before using the nearby stairs toward the next stop.

6. Orange house behind the fence

From the arena ladder area, move right and descend the small stairs into the alley. Turn toward the orange house, then jump or move past the wooden fence as the live geometry allows. The sixth dig point is behind that fence near the house.

Community coverage associates this stop with a Scarlet face pack. If collision prevents the expected path, reset at the Arena entrance and approach the orange house through the alley rather than forcing a shortcut.

7. Pink beach-road house

For the final location, return to the road behind the Pirate Scarlet area on the beach side. Find the pink house with a ladder. The last digging patch is next to that ladder.

This stop is associated with a Scarlet shirt. After the interaction, wait for the full completion message. A seventh animation without a completed counter may mean an earlier spot did not register.

Compact route order

For a quick second pass, use this landmark chain:

  1. beach ball and island start;
  2. blue-and-white striped checkpoint;
  3. Recording Studio, gate, and graffiti edge;
  4. yellow house with green surfboard;
  5. Freeplay Arena and wooden ladder;
  6. orange house behind wooden fence;
  7. pink beach-road house with ladder.

Keeping this order makes it easier to identify a missed interaction. It is not necessary to memorize every item label, especially if owned-item substitution changes your reward.

When a dig spot does not work

Return to the event starter and confirm that the current objective is active. A patch can be visible without being interactive before the introduction. Next, approach the exact landmark from another angle and hold the device-specific prompt to completion.

If the prompt is missing at every location, join a fresh public server. If only one spot fails, revisit it after collecting another location. If your progress is one short at the end, repeat all seven in order and watch the counter after each one. The most common mistake is assuming that a digging animation automatically registered.

On a small screen, zoom closer and rotate the camera so the interaction button does not overlap other controls. On console, wait for the on-screen controller prompt instead of translating keyboard instructions literally.

Do not mix this route with older hunts

Search results also contain guides for previous treasure, gem, shell, mermaid, or seasonal objectives. Some use Freeplay and beach scenery, which makes them easy to confuse with the current Scarlet route. A guide that asks for five gems or sends you into an older cave is not automatically part of this seven-dig objective.

Use the live quest wording as the divider. If your panel requests a separate objective, open the Quest guide and identify it before combining routes. Do not assume that completing an old route will advance the current counter.

Confirming rewards

After the seventh registered location, let the completion message finish and check the relevant dressing categories for new Scarlet pieces. Community reports note that some locations can provide currency and that existing owners may receive a substitute payout. This is why the inventory and on-screen reward message matter more than a fixed reward order copied from a walkthrough.

If the quest says complete but an expected piece is missing, remove inventory filters, search related categories, and rejoin once. Save a screenshot of the completion state before leaving. See Event Items for a more detailed reward check.

Route sources

This location order was checked on September 2, 2026 against the official Roblox experience identity and two independently published current walkthroughs: Pro Game Guides’ seven Scarlet chest locations and TechWiser’s Scarlet Treasure Hunt coverage. Both place the current route in Freeplay and describe seven locations. Their names and exact reward descriptions are community evidence, so any mismatch with the live event panel should be resolved in favor of the game.
